The Barclays-sponsored award honours women who have made significant contributions to various tech industry fields, including software development, data science, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. Dr Vanessa Vallely, CEO and Founder, WeAreTheCity & WeAreTechWomen, said: “Over the past ten years, there has been a glacial increase in the presence of women within the technology sector validating the need to shine a spotlight and to showcase role models who are already working in the industry. I would like to extend a huge congratulations to our shortlist and look forward to announcing our winners on 17 September.”

Natalia is an accomplished researcher and leader in the educational technology field and her work has been recognized with numerous awards before, including winner of the Ada Lovelace Special Recognition Award for Women in ICT, 2024. Congratulations on another international recognition!
